Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Items should be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We do not provide return shipping labels
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To change an item:

  • Return the original item
  • Place a new order

International Returns

We accept international returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or taxes
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • You will be notified if your refund is approved
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after receipt of return

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law
  • If a more expensive shipping method was selected, only standard shipping costs are refundable

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

  • You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
